Q. Where are you located?
A. The Villa is located on basin A, at 4500 Via Marina. We are on the corner of Bora Bora Way and Via Marina in Marina del Rey. |
Q. How large is your community?
A. The Villa at Marina Harbor features 120 apartment homes. The Villa is the newest addition to Marina Harbor. With over 48 acres of property, including a beautiful marina promenade, lush landscaped courtyards, 2 tennis courts and more! Marina Harbor has something, for everyone! |
Q. Do you have corporate units?
A. Yes, all of our apartment homes can be furnished (additional rental costs will be added to the monthly rent), and we have guest suites available at nightly rates for friends and family of our residents. |
Q. Can I have a pet?
A. Yes, you may bring your cat [or up to two (2) cats] with you, however we do not accept dogs. Please ask about our pet policy to learn about additional deposits and monthly pet rent requirements. |
Q. How close is the nearest school?
A. Elementary School, - 3 miles; Venice High School-5 miles; Middle School - 5 Miles |
Q. What type's of activities does Marina Harbor provide for Residents?

Q. How do you inform your residents of what’s happening at your property?
We have a Marina Harbor Monthly Newsletter. It is distributed before the 1st of every month, and it is hand delivered to every residents’ front door! |
Q. Do you have an apartment my visiting family can rent for just a few days?
A. Yes, we have "Guest Suites", that are fully furnished apartments, with all the amenities of home. Baxic Cable TV, reserved parking all the housewares and linens, as well as access to our facilities |
